How are the space plasma thrusters of the future developed? European Researchers’ Night 2023

Last week dozens of people had the opportunity to learn mor about how we are revolutionizing  the design and development of new aerospace technology. Mario Merino and Pedro Jiménez delivered an interactive talk about how the use of computer simulations to understand and design thrusters for space missions under the framework of the ZARATHUSTRA project.

The event was part of the European Researchers’ Night organized at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, that intents to bridge the gap between complex scientific concepts and simple, understandable ideas for everyone.
